Exchange & Returns

Easy 7-day exchange

If your bag is not quite right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • The item must be unused, with all tags, packaging and the dust bag included.
  • Bags that have been used, damaged or altered cannot be exchanged.
  • Sale and bundle items can be exchanged for the same value.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

How to request an exchange

  1. Message us on WhatsApp or through our contact page with your order number.
  2. We will confirm your exchange and share the return address.
  3. Once we receive and check the item, your replacement is dispatched within 2 working days.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, it is processed to your bank account or wallet within 5 to 7 working days after we receive the item.
